Project
Studio Fulham

A neglected studio tucked inside an elegant Victorian building in one of Fulham’s most sought-after streets—transformed into a chic home. The space was reimagined to include luxury features such as:
- Solid oak herringbone flooring
- A marble-clad bathroom
- Integrated air conditioning
- A cleverly utilized private patio, extending the living space outdoors
This project showcases how thoughtful design and attention to detail can unlock hidden potential and elevate even the smallest of spaces.

- Creating three well-proportioned bedrooms designed for comfort and style
- Utilising front and rear gardens, creating a rare indoor-outdoor flow in a prime urban setting

Project
Reading

Our very first project — and still one closest to our hearts — began with an abandoned Victorian house purchased at auction. Beautifully positioned as an end-of-terrace home with an unusually large and secluded front garden, the property had been left neglected for years, with overgrown brambles making parts of the garden inaccessible and the house itself in severe disrepair. While we retained the original layout, almost everything else was carefully rebuilt and restored — from rewiring and new flooring to windows, landscaping and, most recently, the addition of a bespoke garden room. Wherever possible, original Victorian character was thoughtfully reintroduced through period-inspired coving, fireplaces and ornamental corbels, bringing warmth, identity and long-term value back into the home.

Project
Fulham II

An overlooked top-floor two-bedroom apartment with exceptional potential, this ongoing project is centred around restoring character, enhancing natural light and reimagining the space for modern living. The complete redesign of the bathroom set the tone for the wider transformation — understated, refined and carefully considered throughout. The long-term vision is to extend upwards and create a striking penthouse-level living space with a private terrace, maximising the property’s extraordinary panoramic views across London. A thoughtful balance between architectural ambition and timeless interior design, the project aims to transform an unloved flat into a truly exceptional home.Watch this space.
